Due to water damage at our Newton Grove Campus. The pediatric department will not see patients at the Newton Grove location this week. Nelly Morales, PA and the pediatric team will see patients at our CommWell Health Smithfield location for the rest of the week.
Your safety is our priority. Due to recent flooding and water damage sustained during storms from July 26th, CommWell Health Newton Grove is relocating services and providers.
CommWell Health Newton Grove/Spivey’s Corner Positive Life Department:
- Dr. Lewis and the Positive Life Care Team/Department are moving to CommWell Health Salemburg effective immediately. Dr. Lewis will begin seeing patients at the CommWell Health Salemburg location starting Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
Friday (except for the 1st Friday of each month): 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Dr. Lewis will continue to see patients at CommWell Health McGee’s Crossroads the 1st Friday of each month from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm for PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and Hepatitis C clinic.
CommWell Health Newton Grove Medical Department:
- Provider Cynthia Akpaka, FNP, DNP, is moving to CommWell Health McGee’s Crossroads effective Monday, August 16, 2021. To continue to receive your care with Ms. Akpaka, please call 1-877-WELL-ALL to schedule your appointment at the CommWell Health McGee’s Crossroads location.
