He is always willing to do whatever is asked of him. He stepped up during the past year of the COVID Pandemic and worked in any capacity requested of him which many times had him in unfamiliar territory. He always has a positive attitude with a smile on his face and is willing to help. His work ethic is wonderful, and it is not about him, but about the patients and the organization. He is very honest and of the highest integrity.

How has this nominee made a difference? 

He was faced with a situation in which he could have accepted something that did not belong to him, which he received in error, but he did the right thing and brought the error to the attention of the correct department. His high integrity along with his positive attitude and going above and beyond definitely make a difference in the organization. 

What Impact has this colleague had on Eagle Excellence (Customer Service)? 

He is an excellent example to others and practices Eagle Excellence through his integrity and honesty and is always willing to help whenever he can with a smile on his face.

  • Value of Valuing-He values his peers by helping them in any capacity he can with a smile on his face.
  • Teamwork- He has worked in many teams including the COVID team with colleagues he hadn’t worked with before and working at different locations in a setting outside of his normal environment.
  • Integrity- He exhibits integrity at 110%. He is very honest, and this has been proven by his actions.
  • Learning Environment- He is currently working in his department to advance to another level by training for the next level position.
  • Continuous Improvement-He has worked with teams and goes above and beyond to improve processes and quality.
