COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions and Answers:

Monoclonal Antibodies

While vaccines provide the best protection from COVID-19, treatment options such as Monoclonal Antibodies are available if you test positive. If taken early, they can reduce the risk of severe disease, hospitalization, and death. Ask your doctor about Monoclonal Antibodies or call the Combat COVID Monoclonal Antibodies Call Center at 1-877-332-6585.

Will I receive documentation that I received the vaccine?

Yes. You will receive a vaccination card that tells you what COVID-19 vaccine you received, the date you received it, and where you received it. It will also have the date/time/location for your second dose. If you misplace your vaccination card, we will need to verify you in our system prior to receiving a second dose or booster shot.

We recommend you take a picture of your vaccination card in case you misplace it.

If receiving a booster dose your original vaccination card will be updated.
